CLEANSE · REPLENISH · SEAL
Full Routine
Three steps. One barrier.
Cleanser, Serum, and Cream, in the order your skin actually uses them. Wash the day off without stripping, replenish the lipids your barrier is built from, then seal the whole thing in. Three products, nothing you don’t need, and nothing added for the nose. Fragrance-free, on purpose.
What's in the set?
Cleanser — 150 mL
Serum — 50 mL
Cream — 50 mL
Bought separately, the same three cost $33 more.
$189
No added fragrance · No essential oils · No drying alcohol
One product can't hold the line.
Barrier damage rarely comes from one missing product. It comes from the gap between steps. Cleanse without replacing what the wash takes with it and your skin starts every day a little short. Apply a serum with nothing over it and half of it is gone before it can finish working. Layer a cream over a barrier you have already stripped and you are doing damage control, not repair.
Run all three in order and each step protects the next. Cleanser removes without taking your lipids with it. Serum puts those lipids back. Cream seals them in and holds the water where it belongs. Your barrier does the work. We just give it the parts.
01
Cleanse
A soft, cushioned lather that lifts the day off and stops there. Skin feels clean, never tight.
02
Replenish
Sinks in fast and puts back the ceramides, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine your barrier is built from.
03
Seal
Rich going on, weightless once it’s in. Holds the water and lipids where they belong.
Who the routine is for.
Skin doesn’t get stripped at one age. It gets stripped at fifteen by acne washes, at thirty-five by acids and retinoids, at sixty-five by years of sun and dry air. The damage looks the same at every age. So does the fix.
The routine is built for normal to sensitive skin that has been compromised, dehydrated, or worn down and needs its lipids put back. Sooner or later, that is most skin.
If your skin is oily, try using Cream at night only and Serum alone in the morning.
PaxDerm Barrier Complex™ runs through the routine
The complex is our barrier lipid system — ceramides, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine, the same lipids your skin is built from. Serum delivers it in a light base that layers cleanly. Cream carries more of it in a richer base that seals. Cleanser is the step that protects that work instead of washing it away. One routine, three steps, one barrier.

Never in these bottles
Fragrance. Essential oils. Drying alcohol. Dyes.
Fragrance is the most common cause of cosmetic contact allergy, and it is in most premium skincare on the market — including lines that cost three times this one. It does nothing for your skin. So it’s not in ours.
How to use the routine
- Cleanse. Wet your face with lukewarm water. One to two pumps, worked into a light foam in your hands, then over your face for fifteen to twenty seconds. Rinse and pat dry, leaving skin slightly damp.
- Serum. Two to three pumps. Rub between your palms, then spread over face and neck while skin is still damp.
- Cream. Apply over the Serum to seal everything in.
Use morning and night. For waterproof or full-coverage formulas, use an oil cleanser or balm first.
Tip: don’t let skin dry out between steps. Apply the Serum while skin is still damp from rinsing, and the Cream while the Serum is still wet. The glycerin, saccharide isomerate, and hyaluronic acid in the Serum and Cream work by holding water, so following these steps helps lock in the moisture.
Questions
Do I really need all three?
Yes. Each one has its own job. The Cleanser removes without stripping, the Serum replenishes barrier lipids, the Cream seals them in. You can start with any single product, but the full routine provides the greatest benefit.
What order do I use them in?
Cleanser, Serum, Cream. Apply each one while skin is still damp from the previous step.
Can I use the routine with other products?
Yes. The routine is built to work as a complete system, but nothing in it conflicts with a sunscreen, a treatment, or an exfoliant used a few times a week. Apply the Cleanser first and the Cream last, and fit anything else in between.
Will the Cream feel heavy or greasy?
No. It’s rich going on and weightless once it’s in. If your skin is oily, try Cream at night only and Serum alone in the morning.
Is it really fragrance-free?
Yes. Fragrance-free isn’t an afterthought here. It’s the whole point. No perfume, no essential oils, none of the citrus or lavender oils hiding in most “clean” formulas. The most common cause of a skincare reaction isn’t an active. It’s the scent.
Will I notice a difference right away?
No. Skin replaces its lipids on a set schedule. Comfort is what most people notice first. Give it three weeks of the full routine, then look in the same light, at the same time of day, as when you started.
Prefer to start with one?
Any single product works on its own. The routine is what completes the loop.
