Returns
Use it. If your skin doesn’t agree, send it back opened and we’ll refund it.
You can return any PaxDerm product within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened. Email support@paxderm.com to start a return, and we will provide instructions.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your expense unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Returning part of a Full Routine
If you return one product from a Full Routine set and keep the rest, we will refund that product at 85% of its individual price — the discounted rate you actually paid for it inside the set.
One refunded return per customer
After that we accept unopened returns only.
